If you hold an EASR permit for the “Treatment of waste for the purpose of remedial action with respect to land or the water environment”, your permit includes a condition requiring you to submit a deployment plan for each treatment location where you intend to operate.

Deployment plan submission

Your permit requires you to submit a deployment plan for each treatment location you propose to operate mobile plant. You must not commence operations at a treatment location until the deployment plan has been included in Appendix 1 of the permit.

A deployment plan must:

  • Be specific to the proposed treatment location;

  • Contain the information required by SEPA guidance WAS‑G‑EASR‑08;

  • Be submitted at least 28 days before deployment;

  • Be accompanied by the appropriate deployment fee, where applicable.

If you wish to submit a new deployment plan for a new treatment location or make changes to an existing deployment plan listed in Appendix 1 of the permit, you must complete and submit the following form:
