Land activities
Information about the activities we regulate that involve the storage, treatment and disposal of substances that may cause harm to the water environment or groundwater while undertaking land activities and the authorisation you’ll need to carry on each activity.
This includes the storage, making or treatment of fertiliser, silage, slurry and digestate, discharge of pollutants, disposal of waste sheep dip or pesticides on to land and keeping livestock.
