Make an online payment

SEPA has implemented a new online Web Payment system from Tuesday 31st January 2023. We wish to make all Customers aware that screens may look slightly different but the system will operate in the same way as it previously did.

A safe and convenient way to pay

Online payments facilities are now available allowing payments to be taken over the Internet. The web payments service allows you to pay your fees instantly over a secure connection. Online payments are quick and easy to use at any time of the day or night, any day of the year from anywhere you have internet access.

Card payments

This allows you to make payments for applications, renewals or pay invoices on your account. You are not required to be registered with the web payments facility or have an active username.

Invoice payments

In order to make payments against existing invoices you will need your customer account or invoice number.

Getting ready to pay

Please ensure that you have all the relevant account numbers, invoices or any other related documentation to hand as it is likely you will be asked for this information. You need to have a valid credit or debit card in order to make a payment.

Your account

Your payment will be posted to your account after it has been authorised and cleared, this is normally within 24 hours.

Privacy and Data Protection

We will only use your personal data for the purpose of processing your payment in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
