2025/26 Corporate Performance Report

Purpose and recommendations

This paper presents the end of year Corporate Performance Report for the fiscal year 2025/26. Through the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) 2025/26, we introduced a refreshed corporate performance measurement framework, setting out a suite of performance measures aligned to our Corporate Plan priorities. The 2025/26 Corporate Performance Report describes our performance against these measures over the full year.

The Agency Board is asked to:

  • Discuss and note the Agency’s performance against the measures set out in the Annual Operating Plan 2025/26 and additional ‘Our organisation’ KPIs. This includes:

    • Fully delivering against nine OKRs, partially delivering against one and not delivering against one.

    • Fully achieving our target for 27 KPIs, partially achieving our target against eight and not achieving our target for two.

  • Approve the information in this report to be included in the 2025/26 Annual Report and Accounts. Given the wider context and different audience for the Annual Report and Accounts, some of the language may vary slightly; however, the key messages and status of performance measures will remain consistent.

  • Note that interim figures are being reported for Key Results 2.3 and 2.4, and KPI NZ02. These are subject to change, as some data for 2025/26 is not yet available.
