Our purpose for collecting your personal data is so we can provide you with the SEPA Update direct to your email address.

What we need
During the process of subscribing to the SEPA Update, we will ask you to provide the following personal information to enable us to send you the e-newsletter:

You can register to receive the SEPA Update through our online sign-up form.
Why we need it
We need your contact details so that we can email you editions of our SEPA Update newsletter.
We require your name to personalise our messages to you.
We use your preferences to send the editions of SEPA Update that you want to receive.
What we do with it
We only use your details to provide you with issues of our SEPA Update e-newsletter.
How long we keep it
We will retain your data while you remain subscribed to the SEPA Update. When you unsubscribe, we will stop sending you the SEPA Update, and your account will be closed
What are your rights?
We rely on your consent to collect and process your contact details. This means you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for this purpose at any time.
You can unsubscribe from the SEPA Update by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from us, or by contacting us at: communications@sepa.org.uk
Do we use data processors?
We use Mailchimp to deliver the service to you. They provide us with the platform we use to issue the SEPA Update. When you sign-up for the service, the personal data you provide will be stored on the Mailchimp platform. It will be stored securely by MailChimp, on SEPA’s behalf, solely for the purpose of sending you the SEPA Update e-newsletter by email.
Do we share your information?
We do not share any of the personal data you provide to us.
