Board Governance – Update to Board Committees Terms of References

Purpose and recommendations

This paper proposes updates to the Board committees ToRs to reflect recent changes to the structure and job titles of members of the Corporate Leadership Team (CLT) and to explicitly permit co-opting onto the People & Resources Committee (PRC).

The Board is asked to approve the changes proposed to the committees ToRs presented in section 2.
