Information about the activities we regulate that involve the water run-off from construction sites, built environment or land activities and the authorisation you’ll need to carry on each activity.
Run-off from a small construction site less than or equal to 4 hectares
Find out about the General Binding Rule (GBR 10D) that applies to the run-off from a small construction site less than or equal to 4 hectares, that does not contain a road in excess of 5km or does not include an area of more than 1ha or 500m length on ground with a slope in excess of 25 degrees.
Construction site run-off
