Appendix 1 – Registration Data Returns

Purpose

Where a relevant condition exists in a registration, for each calendar year, the information detailed here must be submitted to SEPA on or before 28 January in the following year, via email to waste.data@sepa.org.uk, using the waste data return form available on the SEPA website.

Basic details

3. Authorised place address

4. Data return contact name

5. Data return contact telephone number

6. Data return contact email address

7. Reporting year

8. Reporting quarter

9. Nil return

10. Weighbridge installed (Y/N)

11. Percentage of waste weighed

Waste accepted

1. Six-digit waste code;

2. Brief description of the waste type;

3. Physical form (gas, liquid, sludge or solid);

4. Quantity of waste (in kilograms, tonnes, gallons, or litres);

5. Geographical origin of the waste (Local Authority Code);

6. Management method (Biological, Chemical, Composted, Crushed or Screened, Incinerated, Landfilled, Physical Treatment, Recycled, Transferred, or Other).

Waste sent offsite

1. Six-digit waste code;

2. Brief description of the waste type;

3. Physical form (gas, liquid, sludge, or solid);

4. Quantity of waste (in kilograms, tonnes, gallons, or litres);

5. Geographical destination of the waste (Local Authority Code);

6. Management method (Biological, Chemical, Composted, Crushed or Screened, Incinerated, Landfilled, Physical Treatment, Recycled, Transferred or Other);

7. Site where waste went (name and authorisation number).

1. Six-digit waste code;

2. Brief description of the waste type;

3. Physical form (gas, liquid, sludge or solid);
