Purpose and recommendations

This report provides an update on activities carried out by the Chair and Board since the last Agency Board meeting held on 30 September 2025. These activities have been undertaken to align with our strategic priorities.

The Board is asked to discuss this report and approve changes to the Board Champion groups as presented in section 3.2, including the proposed Terms of Reference for the group on Annual Operating Plan and Corporate Plan.
