SEPA publishes information about Fixed Monetary Penalties, Variable Monetary Penalties, and Enforcement Undertakings in accordance with the Environmental Regulation (Enforcement Measures) (Scotland) Order 2015.
Penalty documentation may be available on request by email. Notices of intent are not published, and information may be withheld or redacted where required by law or to protect personal information. Please make a request by emailing foi@sepa.org.uk.
