Three new members are welcomed to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) Board in 2026. Lisa Blackett, Kate Lander and Paul Rooney have been appointed by the Cabinet Secretary for Climate Action and Energy as Members of the Board of the SEPA, bringing valuable experience and insight that will support us in delivering for Scotland’s environment.
