Purpose and recommendations
This paper provides the Board with important updates on significant issues affecting the operating environment of SEPA, highlighting areas of environmental achievement and concern, enforcement action and major partnership activities, as well as business related issues in respect of corporate performance and activity since the last Board meeting on 29 April 2025.
We continue to review and seek feedback to enhance the content, style and focus of our reporting. This work will continue alongside our focus on performance information and reporting.
