Lisa is a leadership coach and facilitator with over 30 years' experience across both electronics, and pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Her areas of expertise include diversity, leadership development, social and interpersonal dynamics and communication. 

Lisa works locally and nationally to facilitate environmental awareness in NHS Scotland.
