Kirsty Paterson

Chief Officer, People, Workspaces, and Development

Kirsty is a new member of SEPA's Leadership Team, joining in August 2023. Kirsty was previously HR Director, Group & Construction at Robertson Group. She joins to lead the people, organisational development, workspaces and health and safety functions, bringing a wealth of experience from across the private sector. She previously held senior roles as part of the London 2012 Olympic Games and Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.
