Angela Milloy

Chief Officer, Finance, Modernisation and Digital

Angela Milloy is a Scottish CFO Award Winner. Prior to joining SEPA, she accumulated over 30 years of experience in various roles across diverse sectors. These included local authority Arm's Length External Organisations (ALEO) and HEI across four universities (both traditional and post-92 institutions). Angela also worked in the banking sector, on Heavy rail construction projects and in Enterprise & Social Inclusion. She has further experience in Housing and Registered charities.

As a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant, Angela has a people-centred and collaborative approach: to deliver differently and deliver more for less, ensuring income growth at every opportunity.

This continues in her role with SEPA as she champions public sector reform and digital transformation with passion, purpose and professionalism. Her work will enable colleagues across SEPA to deliver for the economy, communities, and the environment of Scotland.
