Kirsty-Louise Campbell

Chief Officer, Governance, Performance, and Engagement

With significant experience across corporate governance, strategy, insights, innovation and engagement, Kirsty has been at the forefront of award-winning, insights led, public sector reform and transformation programmes.

Kirsty joins SEPA from Police Scotland where her work as Head of Strategy and Innovation saw the service drive a fresh approach to strategy, insights and innovation linked to the overarching strategic outcomes for policing. Kirsty also led new approaches to public contact, engagement and cyber.

Prior to her work with Police Scotland, Kirsty was Head of Strategy and Insight at the City of Edinburgh Council.
